How do I install and run the bots?
The bot has been made so that even your grandmother could get it running. See our installation manuals and videos for Windows Vista, Windows XP, Mac, and Linux.
How do I upgrade my Bot Client?
Upgrading to the latest version of the bot client is simple. Just redownload the bot client, reinstall it to a new folder. To save your bot's auth codes and usernames / passwords from your previous installation, just copy and paste over "data" from the /config folder in your old installation to the new. You may delete your old bot client's folder.
Help! My bot is not working
If your bot loads and everything, but the bot is not running it is because Jagex has updated their code. We constantly upgrade and adjust our bots within 24hours of Jagex's updates. Otherwise, post in the forum.
Can I share my auth code?
No. Auth code usage is heavily monitored. Sharing will result in an immediate ban without refund. Avoid using proxies while using our bots. This may result in your auth code being flagged and banned.
Can I use my auth code on more than one computer and/or location?
Yes and no. You can use your auth code on different computers and/or locations if you'd like, just not at the same time. If your auth code is caught being used at multiple locations at one time, it will be flagged and banned.
Can I use multiple RuneScape accounts on one auth code?
Yes and no. You can use your auth code on multiple accounts, just not at the same time. If you use your auth code more than once at one time, it may be flagged and banned.
What payment options do you offer?
We offer Paypal (Paypal balance and all major credit cards), and Onebip (Pay-by-phone / SMS service). We also offer offline mail-in payments which can include cash, checks, and money orders (USD). We recommend paypal as it's the fastest and cheapest method available.
